  • Define the steps required to gather the proper reliability data and then utilize it to develop reliability improvement solutions.

  • Discuss the impact of operation issues and abnormal conditions on equipment reliability and availability.

  • Develop key performance indicators and operational boundaries of each type of critical equipment.

  • Establish equipment reliability plan and strategy for both routine maintenance and turnaround
