PROGRAM INTRODUCTION:
This practical two-day course defines the
career coaching process and reviews how a coach can play a valuable role
in helping with important life and career issues. It offers a simple
model which, combined with a range of tools will give you instantly
useful skills for any context where you are helping an internal or
external client with career-related decisions.
The course defines what career coaching
can be offered and how it can assist with the development of an HR
