PROGRAM INTRODUCTION:

This practical two-day course defines the career coaching process and reviews how a coach can play a valuable role in helping with important life and career issues. It offers a simple model which, combined with a range of tools will give you instantly useful skills for any context where you are helping an internal or external client with career-related decisions.

The course defines what career coaching can be offered and how it can assist with the development of an HR strategy that is consistent, collaborative, proactive and very marketable.
